Classic American BBQ

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Duckhorn Red Wine
- 1 can Dr. Pepper Soda
- 1 cup Brewed coffee
- 2 cups ketchup
- ¼ cup White vinegar
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper, ground
Preparation
- In a 2‐quarts sauce pot over medium heat add the red wine and reduce until large bubbles appear and wine is reduced by half.
- Add the Dr. Pepper and coffee to sauce pot and cook until reduced by half. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until color is light brown and sauce coats the back of a spoon. Cool and reserve.
Serve
Serve with Grilled items such as sausages, wings, dogs or burgers.
