Winemaker Brian Rudin will unveil the new vintage of the Grand Passage Cabernet Sauvignon, the crown jewel of Canvasback’s Red Mountain Cabernet program, as well as other cellar-worthy selections, paired alongside three courses. Award-winning Chef Andrae Bopp will take you on a culinary journey, mirroring his travels throughout Mexico and Central America in this flavor-packed wine dinner celebrating the agricultural splendor that is the Walla Walla Valley.
